(Show your COVID-19 vaccination card and you do not have to wear a mask - must wear wristband in plain sight), temperature checks, contract tracing information needs to be recorded, hand sanitizer available on all tables, windows open, fans on, highest level of air filter available, cleaning disinfectant used

From the North: Take Interstate-81 South South to Taft Rd. exit (Exit 27). Turn RIGHT onto Taft Rd. Proceed on Taft until intersection with Route 11. Turn RIGHT onto Rt 11 and go one mile. Building 305 S Main is on the right. Park in front. Overflow parking at Dog Daze Bakery nearby.
